The SEC charges TheStreet (TST -4.2%) with accounting fraud, alleging the company filed false financial reports throughout 2008. Three executives have agreed to pay penalties and be barred for a period from serving as directors or officers of a public company. (PR)

    TST is a tool for shorts and manipulators from the little I've read on it. Shorts and manipulators have far more power to short and manipulate than I do. I think I'll buy some of it. Can't beat em, join em.
