Nvidia's (NVDA) Tegra 4 (Wayne) app processor will feature 6x as many graphics cores as the current-gen Tegra 3, according to a leaked slide. Like the Tegra 3, the chip will be a quad-core part, and as expected, it will leverage a 28nm manufacturing process (likely TSMC's) - whereas Qualcomm's top processors use a 28nm process, the Tegra 3 uses an older 40nm process. The Tegra 4 should arrive ahead of an integrated baseband/app processor (codenamed Grey) expected in 2H.
