The eurozone's EFSF rescue fund plans to raise €55-60B in long-term financing next year, while the new ESM intends to launch its 2013 short-term bill program next month and issue its first bond in H2. The ESM will fund the rollover of two bills worth €8.97B that it launched earlier this month for recapitalizing Spanish banks. (PR)
