Saudi Arabia and other Gulf states, worried about a chaotic government collapse in Yemen, have joined in trying to have President Saleh step down to be replaced by a tribunal of leaders representing various sects. Saleh indicates he will participate in talks in Riyadh. No word has been heard from opposition leaders.
