BP says an underwater survey shows the well that unleashed the Deepwater Horizon oil spill is still intact, after a surface sheen seen in the area sparked reports that the well was leaking. While no evidence of oil or gas leakage was found, samples are taken from a white, cloudy substance which appeared to emanate from several places on the overturned rig.

    Do you actually think that BP did this inspection unsupervised. Get real doc47. Use some logic.

    Right, and who did what to certify all the "tests"approving wells and refineries that resulted in numerous convictions in criminal and civil courts and $billions in fines over the last few decades? Must have been their evil twin!
