The U.S. energy boom presents "more of an opportunity than a challenge" for Canada’s oil producers, who happen to sell the bulk of their production southward, according to HSBC's David Watt. Canadian oil exports to the U.S. should continue to rise in coming years, but Watt admits producers could begin to feel the pinch from a lack of pipeline capacity by 2015 if key projects by TRP and ENB aren't approved.
