EU antitrust regulators are set to fine Unilever (UN +0.3%) and Procter & Gamble (PG +0.8%) for price-fixing on detergent, Reuters reports. Companies face fines of up to 10% of annual turnover for breaking rules; regulators raided those two companies and Germany's Henkel in June 2008.
