Canadian grain handler Richardson receives approval from Canadian regulators for its C$800M purchase of some country elevators, port grain-terminal space and processing plants from Glencore (GLCNF.PK) acquired in the Viterra takeover. Regulators are still reviewing Glencore's plans to sell nearly C$1.5B of Viterra assets to Agrium (AGU) and CF Industries (CF).
