Amazon (AMZN -0.5%) knocks $25 off the price of its Kindle; the tradeoff is on-screen ads, but the new $114 price is much less than Sony’s (SNE -2.5%) cheapest e-reader and Barnes & Noble’s (BKS -1.3%) cheapest Nook.
