An updated proxy statement in Berkshire Hathaway's (BRK.A) deal for Lubrizol (LZ) indicates Buffett-successor candidate David Sokol knew about progress toward the deal before he bought nearly $10M of LZ stock. It's unclear whether he still has the shares, but if he held them on March 14, he reaped nearly $3M in profit. (previously)
