It is tough to be some hedge fund manager lately. They have to leverage their name and media help to promote their agenda after establishing position, long or short. That is why I don't trust any fund manages who play other people's money. Who are the counterparties of Ackman?

I can find anything positive about Herbalife now.

Sell short. Downgrade. Buy puts. Sell puts. Yada, yada, yada.

    Perfect.

I bought calls yesterday. Na, na, na, nana.

    What a mess.

I don't see it that way. I think he has planned this for some time and is banking on a windfall not just in financial terms but perhaps simply in publicity as the guy who (he foretells) sunk Herbalife. I mean, that would get you a LOT of credibility in the investment arena!

Ackman and Einhorn might be viewed as excuses for
anti-Semitism. They do not work. They manipulate
by suying shorts. They are evil speculators And they
    are typical

Herbalife will not be sunk. Go to the info on the company and you will find it complies with all regulations/etc. This looks clearly like a market manipulation and I hope it is fully investigated.
