A First Nations blockade of a Canadian National Railway (CNI -0.6%) link between the Sarnia, Ontario, petrochemical industry and mainlines has disrupted rail shipments of propane, and may force plants to shut. Protesters say the rail line runs illegally over their property and want the same environmental restrictions applied to chemical shipments in Canada extended to First Nations land.
