H-P (HPQ +4.2%) is holding onto a 5-year, $543M, wireless medical device tracking contract with the Department of Veterans affairs following a re-evaluation of all bids. IBM had obtained a re-evaluation in October after the GAO rules "several prejudicial errors" were made in the awarding of the original contract.
