Shell's (NYSE:RDS.A) attempts to drill in the Arctic suffer a blow after one of its two Alaska drilling rigs, the Kulluk, last night ran aground on rocks off the southeast side of Sitkalidak Island in the Gulf of Alaska while trying to avoid the worst of a severe storm.
