Mellanox (MLNX -15%) is off the AH lows it saw yesterday following its Q4 warning, but is still having an ugly day. FBN has downgraded shares to Sector Perform, and UBS (Neutral) argues Mellanox's problems go well beyond the InfiniBand cabling issues partly blamed for the shortfall. The firm claims management told it sales to one major OEM customer (believed to be either H-P or IBM) missed expectations by $5M-$10M. Pac Crest is staying bullish; the firm thinks "InfiniBand adoption could double in the next to to three years."
