Global Baristas reportedly outbid Starbucks (SBUX) in a bankruptcy auction to win the 47 Tully's Coffee outlets up for sale. The final word on the matter will come from the court on January 11, but one Global Baristas' owners - actor Patrick Dempsey - tipped off the development with a tweet exclaiming "we met the green monster, looked her in the eye, and...SHE BLINKED!"

I've never heard of you! (I am 'old man') - Patrick Dempsey; whoever you are; but good luck to you. Nice to see a young fellow take a risk! That's what America is all about! Create 'Clean Jobs!' If you take it Real Slow and Easy you will do fine - One Day when you are Public I would like to buy your Stock; provided you take my advice! - 'take it easy and slow' - don't try to compete with Starbucks (you will lose!) but I think you Patrick already know this and that is probably the Biggest Lesson You Will Ever Learn in Coffee!- written by a: A Big Starbucks Fan!
You did real good buying 47 Tully Stores for 'Peanuts'! Keep it Up!
Let me know when you go Public!
