The St. Louis Fed's Jim Bullard (now a FOMC voter) thinks unemployment could tick down to 7% by year's end - not enough to start hiking rates, but maybe enough for the Fed to end QE. His comments are the first by a Fed member since FOMC minutes revealed it's more than 1 committee member who wants to end QE sooner rather than later.
