Pfizer (PFE) and Endo Pharmaceuticals (ENDP) have agreed to pay $18.17M each to settle two civil Medicaid fraud settlements. The settlement will yield more than $36M for the state, and resolve all claims against both companies after both were charged with defrauding Medicaid by allegedly misreporting the price of generic drugs to the Medicaid program.

I'm sure Texas could use the small bounty. Big Pharma - snakes in the grass. How 'bout trying to make your money honestly? Don't worry, if you stop lying, cheating and stealing, you'll still be able to put food on the table. (Ashamed to be long PFE.)
