Plains All American Pipeline (PAA) raises its quarterly cash distribution to $0.5625/unit, a 9.8% increase over the distribution paid in Feb. 2012 and 3.7% over the Nov. 2012 level. PAA expects to increase the midpoint of its 2013 guidance for adjusted EBITDA by ~5% over the $1.925B midpoint guidance provided in November. PAA +0.9% premarket.

    Longer on PAA than I was at the beginning of the day, added position. Most Favored status is retained by company, whew, the cliff is looking better.
