Fannie Mae December National Housing Survey: 43% believe home prices will go up in the next 12 months, with 2.6% being the average expected price appreciation. Both are the highest in the history of the survey - not surprising given the series started in 2010. Those who think mortgage rates are headed higher rises to 43%, the highest since Aug. 2011.
