The U.S. office vacancy rate declined a hair to 17.1% in Q4, according to Reis. A year ago it stood at 17.4%. 3.69M square feet of space were absorbed, well less than the 4.84M a year ago. There was 3.17M square feet of new construction vs. 3.65M a year ago. Rents grew 0.8%, up from 0.2% in Q3.
