More on the Bank of America (BAC -2.3%) downgrade: The stock price is discounting a 16% cut in expenses this year, better than the firm expectation of 10%, say the CS analysts, as the MSR sales won't begin impacting costs until 2014. Better values in the big bank sector are C, JPM, and USB.

This is an outright conspiracy by Wall Street - they didn't want BAC price share to go up to $15.00 that's is why they have to downgrade the stock.....BAC was trending to go up to $15...shame on Wall streets

If you look at the runup from 5 to 12 the stock is acting pretty consistently. It needed a pullback and consolidation. Still think it will be 14-15 by end of year.
