3D Systems (DDD) continues its M&A spree by acquiring COWEB, a provider of "consumer customized 3D printed products and collectibles" made with the help of online tools. 3D will offer COWEB-made products through its Cubify online marketplace for selling and creating 3D-printed objects. (Geomagic)

    It's interesting that these guys are buying companies. I'm surprised that so many exist of these high tech companies. Is the technology that easy?
