For Goldman Sachs (GS -0.2%), dull is good at its first shareholder meeting since settling civil fraud charges last year related to mortgage-backed securities. Barely anyone called on Lloyd Blankfein to quit, and shareholders voted for management suggestions down the line. Asked about reports that he could leave the CEO job soon, Blankfein says, "That’s all made up."
