The U.S. government is delaying for eight months a comment period on a report that linked fracking to water contamination in Pavillion, Wyoming. Encana (ECA), which leases the natural gas in the area, blasts the delay - the third on the 2011 draft report - as "a waste of time and money."

    it speaks volumes about the incompetence of the EPA. Lets hope the big-O can do better on the Keystone pipeline decision.
