The DOJ will ask Anheuser-Busch InBev (BUD) to make major concessions with its $19B bid for Grupo Modelo, sources tell the The New York Post. With the focus of the brewer on the Mexico beer market, it may be willing to agree to a deal that sees another producer import Modelo into the U.S. The question remains though if that will be enough to appease regulators.
