The IPO market is picking up where it left off last year, this week ushering in high-yielding offerings from a trio of energy-tied master limited partnerships and a cruise line operator. The largest offering comes from CVR Refining, to be 80%-owned by CVR Energy (CVI); another comes from SunCoke Energy (SXC). The average MLP on the market now pays an annual dividend yield of more than 6%.
