Bank of America (BAC -1.4%) is cut to Hold at Sandler O'Neill. The firm has pretty much nothing but good things to say about BofA, but feels the stock price may have gotten ahead of faster expense reduction and a return to balance sheet growth - both of which, says Sandler, remain a ways off.
