The Shanghai Exchange piles on silver, hiking margin rates and increasing the daily limit for price moves. Silver is at its lows of the session, -8.0% at $32.68/oz.

    There is something wrong in the pricing model for ZSL as it relates to silver and silver ETF SLV. Over the last three months ZSL is down over 48% while SLV is up 14.6%. The math doesn't jive with the stated objective and investors are thoroughly screwed by Proshares the manager. This should be enough for an SEC investigation into this fraudulent investment practice. The differential/spread means that silver prices would have to up nearly 30%plus over and above silvers normal rise. Somebody got to do something about this Madoff practice.
