More on Wal-Mart's (WMT) wave the flag plans: Though crusades to hire 100K veterans and buy $50B in U.S.-made goods could help cool off some of the ever-present criticism aimed at the retailing giant with Senator John McCain for one already tweeting "fantastic initiative," retail analysts may step back for a moment to evaluate the impact on margins. Shares of WMT are flat for the day, continuing to trade in the narrow $67-$70 range seen over the last month.
