The ECB's Ewald Nowotny moves to calm things down following Jean-Claude Juncker's comments that the euro "is dangerously high." The exchange rate isn’t a matter of major concern, says Nowotny, while he doesn’t expect a longer-term increase in the currency against the dollar. Euro now -0.15% at $1.3278.

If the exchange rate is not of any concern then I would presume the negotiation talks set for this spring with the EU and the US for a possible free-trade deal will be a positive investment.
