Delhaize (DEG) says higher volume at its Food Lion and Hannaford chains helped push up Q4 U.S. sales by 1.9%, ending a streak of four straight monsth of falling sales in the U.S. Overall, Delhaize's grew sales by 2.3% to £5.76 ($7.57B) during the quarter.
