LG and Google (GOOG) are reportedly working on a new Nexus phone, one that could be a decent high-end entry. The device is said to feature Nvidia's (NVDA) new Tegra 4 processor, a 5" 1080p display (standard for the latest high-end Android models), and a 13MP camera. Also reportedly in the pipeline is a Nexus 7.7 tablet with a Tegra 4 and 1920x1200 display. Google's Nexus 7 tablet has sold pretty well, but sales of the Nexus 4 phone (also a Google/LG collaboration) have been hurt by limited availability and a lack of 4G support.

Nexus 7.7. When I think of Nexus it reminds me of Bladerunner or where Cpt. Kirk was sent after 'Generations'.

New phone sounds great, especially the 13 MP camera. Seriously doubt it would happen. They (except Sony) always scale back the camera spec when announced.
