Following Dish Network's (DISH) $3.30/share bid, Clearwire (CLWR) shareholders are getting more vocal about the perceived inadequacy of Sprint's (S) $2.97/share offer for the 4G network/spectrum owner. Investors controlling 29% of Clearwire's minority shares, including activist firms Mount Kellett and Crest Financial, told Reuters they disapprove of Sprint's offer. A majority of minority shares need to be voted in favor of the deal for it go through. (previous)
