Denbury Resources (DNR) plans to offer $1B in senior notes due 2023, looking to use the proceeds to buy back notes due in 2016; remaining proceeds will be used to repay debt and for general corporate needs. Last week, Conoco Phillips agreed to sell acreage in Montana and North Dakota to DNR for $1.05B.

    Arena did not expect to get EU approval, according to their own statements, this time around.
    Adam Feuerstein? Why is he being quoted?
    Where is a representative from Arena and their comment?
    If the institutional buyers are long ARNA, and they are, I will stick with them.
    Good place to add some shares.
