Wireless op. margin -780 bps Q/Q and -80 bps Y/Y to 24% due to higher smartphone sales. Wireline revenue -1.5% Y/Y, hurt by business and wholesale declines. 2012 capex was $16.2B, down slightly Y/Y. VZ +0.6%.
