Facebook (FB +3.7%) resumes its January rally after ITG Research says checks lead it to forecast Q4 North American sales of $780M-$800M, above a $771M consensus. Also, Oppenheimer reports U.S. mobile Facebook usage rose 15% M/M in December (per comScore), and takes this data as evidence Facebook's efforts to ramp mobile ad impressions hasn't hurt engagement - some have worried this will happen.
