Grumbles are growing over AT&T’s (T) planned $39B takeover of T-Mobile (DTEGY.PK), as Leap Wireless (LEAP) is the latest to come out against a deal. The acquisition "would reduce competition and decrease innovation and investment in the wireless industry," it says. Sprint (S) and MetroPCS (PCS) already have been vocal in their disapproval.
