    Unclear to me how this could be worth over $500 million...check out the 10Q...the Company has negative EBITDA, and even after you eliminate Koppelmen and the other senior execs comp from the merged entity, it is still negative...And Martha is no spring chicken, and the Company continues to be all about her...so not understanding the economics here as to why a buyer would put a big number on the table for a money losing, celebrity dependent, business....but thats just one man's opinion...
