The worst merger ever!!! They have raised prices and service has gone from good to awful with lost bags and agents that have no idea what procedures are.
    I want my Continental back!

Me too!! We are (this week actually) spending all of our FF miles. We have already moved to another carrier. I flew with Continental for years and they eliminated everything good from Continental, raised prices quite noticably and expect me to be totally clueless. Well, I am sorry. I am not and I am long gone. Thanks for noticing.

The new CEO is a Continental man...The name is United, only. Problems with reservations are the Continental reservations system, they ditched United's. The coffee sucks...United served Starbucks. Guess where the new coffee is from?
