Lenovo (LNVGY.PK), the Chinese computer maker that took over IBM’s PC division six years ago, says it plans to acquire German consumer electronics manufacturer Medion in a deal valuing the company at ~$900M. The deal would double Lenovo's market share in Germany and give it a ~7.5% share in the western European PC market.
