Mattel (MAT) and MGA Entertainment have drawn the latest round of a ding-dong nine-year dispute over Bratz dolls after a federal appeals court yesterday said Mattel doesn't have to pay MGA $172M in damages for alleged corporate espionage and antitrust behavior. However, judges upheld a ruling that Mattel will have to pay MGA $137M in legal fees for an initial case in which Mattel sued MGA.
