A federal appeals court has invalidated President Obama's "recess" appointments to a labor board last year, ruling that they were both unconstitutional and "invalid from their inception." The case was seen as a test of the limits of the president's ability to make appointments during a Senate recess, and deals a blow to the White House's strategy to bypass Senate Republicans.

    This is no surprise.

Since when has Obama shown that he gives a f$#%^*( about the constitution? His actions PROVE he doesn't!

Wouldn't it be more accurate to say that "The case was seen as a test of the limits of the president's ability to rule outside of the statutes and the Constitution by way of Tsars, executive orders, undeclared wars and non-confirmed appointments?"

What ever happened to "speaking truth to power?"

If he (Obama) is not stopped, there will not be any need for Congress or the Supreme Court. They better wise up.

Recess appointments are spelled out in the constitution. Check the stats:According to the Congressional Research Service, President Ronald Reagan made 240 recess appointments, President George H. W. Bush made 77 recess appointments, President Bill Clinton made 139 recess appointments. President George W. Bush made 171 recess appointments, and as of January 5, 2012, President Barack Obama had made only 32 recess appointments.
Are we to assume that all these men were also "Dictators in Chief"?
