The U.S. economic environment is "very good" and the stock market's rally can go higher, says Goldman's Lloyd Blankfein. The market continues to go up, despite people being "underinvested," Blankfein says, adding that people should want the market to sell off "so they can get in."

    Great minds think alike. ;-) I also want the market, or at least the stocks I want to buy, to sell off, so I can 'get in' on bargains.
