Baker Hughes (BHI) Chairman Chad Deaton will retire at the oilfield-services company's annual meeting on April 25 and will be replaced by CEO Martin Craighead, the firm said late Friday. Deaton joined Baker Hughes in 2004 as chairman and CEO, relinquishing the latter role to Craighead in January 2012. (PR)
