Shares of Procter & Gamble (PG +1.7%) extend their post-earnings winning ways to set new all-time highs and prompt some traders to ask when will the party be over.     In an overall rising market "fairly valued" means it should continue to go up as it is doing with the market. If it were considered over valued, then it may be considered for trimming back a position.
