On its earnings call, the provider of pay-TV infrastructure gear mentioned demand from U.S. satellite/telco and European customers is weak, while insisting it hasn't lost share with either group. Harmonic also claims it has "a few large projects" that won't be recognized until 2H. Down in sympathy: ENVI -6.7%. ARRS -1.3%.
