Brightcove (BCOV -20.4%) falls hard after issuing light 2013 guidance to go with its Q4 beat, and disclosing CEO Jeremy Allaire will be stepping down as of March 31. Allaire, who will remain chairman, will be succeeded as CEO by COO/former Adobe exec David Mendels after holding the job for eight years. Brightcove mentioned on its earnings call it had 52 premium service net adds in Q4, down from 76 in Q3, and that it plans to invest more in sales/marketing for this segment.
