Rosneft (RNFTF.PK) expects to increase its output by 1%-2% in 2013 mainly due to production growth at its giant Vankor field in Siberia, the company says in reporting a lower-than-expected 7.2% rise in 2012 net earnings to 342B rubles and a 13% jump in revenues to 3.08T rubles ($102B). Free cash flow dropped to 45B rubles for the full year from 99B a year earlier.
