Dell (DELL) investors will be offered $13-14 a share in the company's buyout, the WSJ reports, with the number lower than the $15-16 that the NY Post speculated on Friday. The smaller figure would be more in line with Dell's share price of $13.63, which gives it a market cap of $23.68B. A major sticking point in discussions concerns what Microsoft's investment in Dell would mean for their commercial relationship and Microsoft's role in Dell's governance.
